PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peracetic acid-including microbicidal composition effective to destructive funguses such as Paenibacillus bacteria and Bacillus cereus forming spores and having strong resistance to a peracetic acid/hydrogen peroxide formulation.SOLUTION: It is known that, regarding Paenibacillus bacteria and Bacillus cereus as spore forming bacteria which are high in chemical resistance, sterilization is difficult even if the conventional peracetic acid formulation is used. Regarding Bacillus cereus and Paenibacillus bacteria as spore forming bacteria, It has been found that a peracetic acid composition, in which the including ratio of hydrogen peroxide in a peracetic acid equilibrium composition is made lower, exhibits a high sterilization effect by utilizing a hydrogen peroxide content decomposition enzyme, and even in treatment for a short time, an effective peracetic acid-including microbicidal composition has been completed. |
