In the present invention, a three-dimensional measuring device is provided with an image acquisition means, a removal means, and a luminance correction means, and the device conducts three-dimensional measuring of a measurement object onto which a light pattern is projected via a transmission device. The image acquisition means acquires an image of the measurement object captured via the transmission device. The removal means removes from the image of the measurement object the light pattern projected and displayed by the transmission device. The luminance correction means detects the display region of the measurement object onto which the light pattern was projected and corrects the luminance of that display region.
