A powder accommodation container (68Y) includes an accommodation container body (400) that accommodates powder, a transport member (600) and a discharge port (405A). The transport member (600) is arranged in an inside of the accommodation container body (400), rotates about a rotating shaft (610), and transports powder in the inside of the accommodation container body (400). The discharge port (405A) is provided on the accommodation container body (400) and discharges the powder accommodated in the accommodation container body (400) to an outside of the accommodation container body. The transport member includes a first transport piece transporting the powder toward the discharge port (405A) at a position corresponding to the discharge port (405A), and a second transport piece arranged on a downstream side in a rotating direction of the rotating shaft (610) than the first transport piece. The second transport piece has a length that is in non-contact with the inner surface at an immediate downstream of the discharge port (405A) in the rotating direction.
