PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method, and an image processing device improving accuracy of extracting corner points of a document from a document image.SOLUTION: An image processor comprises: extraction means that, from a document image captured from a document, extracts border lines along a first direction of the document which is a horizontal or vertical direction of the document image and rough document corner points of the document; determination means that determines candidate page corner points of the document from the border lines along the first direction of the document near the rough document corner points; and selection means that, from the candidate page corner points, selects the candidate corner points of which pixel characteristics of in-page areas are closest to pixel characteristics at page corners of the document. |
