PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell sealing material and surface protection material laminate which excels in moistureproof properties and in appearance and long term weather resistance and a solar cell module and a solar battery which both excel in appearance and long term durability thanks to the solar cell sealing material and surface protection material laminate.SOLUTION: The solar cell sealing material and surface protection material laminate includes: a sealing material which includes a resin layer containing silane modified ethylene resin as at least one of outermost layers and a resin layer containing ethylene rein and a nucleating agent whose crystal melting peak temperature and crystal melting calorie measured at a heating rate of 10°C/minute in differential scanning calorimetry are 100-145°C and 120-190 J/g, respectively, and which has a steam permeability at 40°C, 90%RH of 3.0[g/mday] or less; and a surface protection sheet which includes an inorganic layer on one side of a base material film and a moisture-proof film whose steam permeability at 40°C, 90%RH is 1.0[g/mday] or less. |
