PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain spheroidal solid ceramic granule stably in strong probability.SOLUTION: This method includes: a crushing/mixing step P1 of a ceramics main raw material, a sintering aid, a binder and a dispersion medium which are blended at a prescribed blending ratio; a redispersion step P6 for performing redispersion so as to be returned to the state just after crushing/mixing by high-speed stirring, when determined that redispersion is necessary, by using a stirrer 1 capable of stirring at optional rotation speed; and an aging treatment step P5 for aging slurry by low-speed stirring, when determined that aging is necessary. A spray drying treatment step P7 is executed, when determined that both of the redispersion step P6 and the aging treatment step P5 are not necessary by a redispersion necessity determination step P3 for determining necessity of the redispersion treatment based on deposition speed Vmeasured by using a deposition speed measuring device 3 relative to a sample sampled from the slurry, and an aging necessity determination step P4 for determining necessity of the aging treatment. |
