PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure pump that can restrict a resonance of a diaphragm and can be widely used.SOLUTION: A high-pressure pump 10 has an elastic member 71 fixed in a damper chamber 67 between a first diaphragm 61 and a second diaphragm 64 and is in contact with both of the first diaphragm 61 and the second diaphragm 64 while the high-pressure pump 10 is operated. When the diaphragms 61, 64 are to further vibrate by a resonance under a situation where a frequency of the pressure pulsation of low-pressure fuel coincides with the characteristic frequency of the diaphragms 61, 64, the elastic member 71 restricts further deformation of the diaphragms 61, 64. Therefore, the resonance of the first diaphragm 61 and the second diaphragm 64 can be restricted. Further, no conventional tuning is required for characteristic frequencies of the diaphragms 61, 64 depending on specifications of an engine or supply piping, and they can be widely used. |
