In the present invention, a controller has a method storing unit for storing methods for reducing the amount of electrical power consumed for individual branch circuits or load devices, an execution unit for limiting the amount of electrical power consumed, and a selection unit for allowing a user to select a reduction method recorded in the method storing unit. A reduction method is presented to the user, in response to a reduction request, according to an association table stored in the method storing unit. The selection unit allows the user to select, for each of the branch circuits or load devices, a reduction method recorded in the method storing unit out of a plurality of preset reduction methods. |
