PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a film roll which is wound without having the transfer of a pattern caused by a film step even in a film having a thickness of 50 to 150 μm.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a film roll by winding a thermoplastic resin film having a thickness of 50 to 150 μm from the winding start to the 500th layer, the winding speed (V) of the film and a contact force (P) with a winding roll per 1 m width satisfy relations of expressions (1) and (2): 0.03≤P [N/m]/V [m/min]≤0.3 (1) and V≤120 [m/min] (2). |
