PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-based printing ink composition enabling good printing work on printing objects made of various materials.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyurethane-based printing ink composition obtained by adding 5-20 pts.wt. of a main modification agent containing 60-80 wt.% of a chlorinated polyolefin and 20-40 wt.% of maleic anhydride-methyl methacrylate copolymer and 0.5-5.5 pts.wt. of tris(isocyanatophenyl) thiophosphate, based on 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of a polyurethane resin, to a polyurethane-based printing ink containing the polyurethane resin (as a binder) obtained by reacting a polymer polyol with a polyisocyanate.
