ALIGNMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RADAR OF VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle radar alignment method and system which can, when a vertical or horizontal misalignment of a radar mounted on a vehicle occurs, automatically detect the misalignment to alarm a driver or to automatically correct the misalignment.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: radiating a radio wave to a forward ground by a radar which is installed on the vehicle; receiving a reflected wave which is reflected from the ground; and determining based on the reflected wave whether or not a vertical misalignment of the radar can occur.
