PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink composition exhibiting excellent storage stability and good film physical properties such as anti-blocking properties and laminate strength and good printability such as plate blushing properties by using a new binder for printing inks.SOLUTION: A printing ink binder includes a polyurethane resin (F) with an amine value of 1.0-10.0 mg KOH/g, obtained by reacting a urethane prepolymer of an isocyanate terminal, an amine chain extender (D) and an amine polymerization stopper (E), the urethane prepolymer of an isocyanate terminal comprising a polymer polyol (A), a diol (B) with a molecular weight of ≤700 and a polyisocyanate (C), and is characterized in that the polymer polyol (A) includes a polyester polyol (A1) comprising a branched diol (a) and a dicarboxylic acid (b), and a polyether polyol (A2), the weight ratio of (A1)/(A2) is 99:1-50:50, and the diol (B) with the molecular weight of ≤700 has a side chain. |
