PURPOSE: A light weight insulation bath tub and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve scratch resistance and obtain excellent impact strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a light weight insulation bath tub is as follows: A release agent layer is formed on the bath tub molding surface corresponding to the internal shape of a bath tub and the exterior of an inner mold with a flange part. A gel coating layer(400) is formed on the upper part of the release agent layer. A modified epoxy adhesive layer(300) is formed on the upper part of the gel coating layer. The gel coat which forms the gel coating layer includes 0.1-10% of additive. |
