PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a crystalline aluminosilicate for use in a carrier material for achieving a hydrocracking catalyst for heavy oil superior in both desulfurization activity and the cracking activity; a hydrocracking catalyst for heavy oil, having the crystalline aluminosilicate as the carrier material; and a method for manufacturing same.SOLUTION: The present invention is a crystalline aluminosilicate, a hydrocracking catalyst for heavy oil having the crystalline aluminosilicate as a component, and a method for manufacturing same. The crystalline aluminosilicate is used as a carrier material for a hydrocracking catalyst for heavy oil, wherein (a) the crystalline aluminosilicate is an ultra-stable Y-type zeolite or a metal-supported ultra-stable Y-type zeolite, and (b) the volume fraction of particles having a particle size of 10 μm or less as analyzed from particle size distribution data of a volume reference obtained by laser diffractive scattering is 95% or more. |
