PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay unit which, when conveying pills extracted from a pill sheet to a single-dose packing device in order to pack in a single dose, reduces the congestion or hang-up of the pills in a conveying path, and prevents damages such as the cracking and chipping of the pills.SOLUTION: Pills 3902 extracted from a pill sheet are conveyed to a single-dose packing device through a conveying path in a relay unit. A bottom face of the conveying path is formed in a convex shape so that tangent planes 4001 are prevented from being formed between the pills 3902 and pill conveying path side walls 3901. Thus, the pills are held inclined and pushed out.
