PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which facilitates imaging with a well balanced composition.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises a control unit for recognizing subjects. The control unit recognizes a first subject, determines a first subject recommended position within a screen with respect to the first subject from among plural subject recommended positions, causes a first specific displayed object to be displayed at the determined first subject recommended position, determines whether a distance between the position of the first subject and the first subject recommended position is within a predetermined value, determines a second subject recommended position within the screen with respect to a second subject from among the plural subject recommended positions if the distance is within the predetermined value, and causes a second specific displayed object to be displayed at the second subject recommended position. |
