PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method of a permanent magnet capable of demagnetizing a permanent magnet efficiently, while suppressing pollution in a demagnetization furnace.SOLUTION: In a permanent magnet recovery system having a demagnetization furnace 11 for demagnetizing a permanent magnet attached to a motor by using superheated steam, a first supply line 12 for supplying superheated steam to the demagnetization furnace 11, a preheating furnace 10, and a second supply line 13 for supplying the superheated steam of the demagnetization furnace 11 to the preheating furnace 10, the recovery method of a permanent magnet includes a step for heating a permanent magnet preliminarily in the preheating furnace 10, and a step for further heating the permanent magnet, heated preliminarily, in the demagnetization furnace 11. |
