PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early develop and provide a soil impervious material placing device in which a placing pipe is of a split type and each connection pipe is provided with an impervious material fall prevention device and which is excellent in safety, workability, maintainability, economical efficiency, etc., and a placing method of the soil impervious material placing device.SOLUTION: A soil impervious material placing device is constituted of a placing pipe with a pinch valve for a leading end, a plurality of intermediate placing pipes, and a bend pipe 3 with a force-feed high pressure hose for a rear end, in which these pipes are formed to be suitable the diameter size and the depth of a drilled hole for insertion of the placing piles and a plurality of fall prevention pins and buried plug caps are provided so as to be mounted in the horizontal direction of the lower end of each of the pipes for a leading end, for an intermediate, and for a rear end, respectively, so that a soil impervious material is prevented from falling with its own weight. Moreover, a hanging hook part capable of locking a hanging tool such as a wire rope is provided at a top end of the bend pipe for a rear end. |
