PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device, of which the conveyance belt can suck various shapes of plate-like and/or sheet-like conveyed bodies in a close-contact manner without warping and deviation to convey them, and in which a suction force is uniform to prevent local distortion of the conveyed bodies.SOLUTION: A suction type conveyance device includes: a perforated steel belt, which conveys a conveyed body, and in which a plurality of through-holes are perforated; a box-like suction body disposed on the back of the perforated steel belt and extended along a conveyance path of the conveyed body to suck the conveyed body through the perforated steel belt; and a sheet-like fibrous sheet with breathability, interposed between the conveyed body and the suction body. A porous plate with breathability is disposed to an upper face of the suction body, with a predetermined space from the perforated steel belt, and an air chamber is formed to a lower part thereof. Air in the air chamber is forcibly discharged to the outside, through a suction pipe disposed to penetrate a wall face and/or a bottom face of the suction body. |
