A gamma voltage generator, which can improve display quality, and an organic light emitting device including the gamma voltage generator are provided. The gamma voltage generator includes a voltage divider that generates first to nth voltages sequentially arranged in descending order of electric potential, and a gamma voltage output unit that receives the first to nth voltages and outputs first to nth gamma voltages sequentially arranged in descending order of electric potential, wherein in a first mode, the first to nth voltages are equal to the first to nth gamma voltages, respectively, and in a second mode, the ath to nth gamma voltages are higher than the ath to nth voltages, respectively, where 1<a<n, and each of a and n is a natural number.
