This base station gateway device has a C plane processor and a U plane processor. In a case where a mobile station does a handover from a controlled source base station to a controlled target base station, the C plane processor terminates S1AP signaling received from the source base station or the target base station, without relaying the S1AP signaling to a movement management device. Also, at a prescribed timing, the U plane processor inserts an end marker into U plane data received from a serving gateway device and transferred to the source base station, the end marker indicating that said U plane data is the last. Immediately after inserting the end marker, the U plane processor switches the transfer destination of the U plane data received from the serving gateway device from the source base station to the target base station. |
