PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nanocomposite for pH sensitive drug delivery is provided to easily and quickly penetrate the nanocomposite into a target cells. CONSTITUTION: A nanocomposite for pH sensitive drug delivery contains a polymer having a 2,3-dimethylmaleic acid induced to am amine group of polysaccharide. The polysaccharide is pullulan, cudlan, hyaluronic acid, pectin, chitosan, dextrin, heparin, or starch. A nanocomposite has a drug with pharmacological activity. The drug is a protein, peptide, or synthetic compound. A method for manufacturing the nanocomposite comprises: a step of dissolving polysaccharides in a solvent; a step of adding 2,3-dimethylmaleic acid to a solution in which polysaccharides are dissolved; and a step of dialyzing and freeze-drying the synthesized polymers. |
