PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a wire bonding tool are provided to easily form a desired curved surface by maximizing the curved surface of an edge part. CONSTITUTION: A grinding thread grinds a raw material. A pair of spools moves the grinding thread. Support rollers (130) guide the movement of the grinding thread. A control part (150) controls the grinding condition of the raw material. A camera microscope (160) monitors the grinding process of the raw material. |
