PURPOSE: An oil-water separator integrated cutting oil purifying apparatus is provided to install the apparatus in a narrow space, and to completely remove sliding oil which causes decomposition for maintaining the clean state of cutting oil using an oil-water separator and a purifying unit. CONSTITUTION: A cutting oil purifying apparatus includes the following: a main body (1) with a suction filter and a discharging filter; an oil-water separator (2) installed on the upper side of the main body; a suction pump (13); a sol valve (24); a discharging unit; a ball valve (23a); a purifying unit (3); and a discharging pump (14). The oil-water separator includes first, second, and third tanks (20,21,22) separated by partition walls (20a) with different heights, a channel (21a) connecting the first and second tanks, and an oil tank (23). The suction pump supplies cutting oil mixed with sliding oil and passed through the suction filter to the first tank. The sol valve is located on the lower side of the second tank, and drains the cutting oil without the sliding oil. The discharging unit is installed inside the third tank, and includes a first pipe receiving the cutting oil which is overflowed from the second tank and a second pipe discharging the cutting oil. The ball valve discharges the sliding oil in the third tank to the oil tank. The purifying unit is located on the lower side of the oil-water separator. |
