PURPOSE: A microcurrent and low frequency treatment device is provided to improve user satisfaction by maximizing a treatment effect. CONSTITUTION: A microcurrent and low frequency treatment device includes a fixing unit (200) which can be worn on a part of a human body and a main body which generates a microcurrent or low-frequency signals through at least one electrode unit (300) and generates sounds through the earphones. The main body includes a housing which is formed with at least one groove for accommodating the electrode unit or the earphones (350) and is formed with a groove through which an electric wire passes. The electrode unit includes a detachable pad having a through hole and a microcurrent or a low frequency contact point inserted into the through hole of the detachable pad.
