<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting mechanism for a vibration actuator, which has high rigidity to vibrations of a vibration actuator and external forces without giving limitation to the flexibility in design of the vibration actuator and in which effect on the vibrations of the vibration actuator is small when attached to something and fixed thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The supporting mechanism 30 has a form of tuning fork consisting of a base member 31 and a U-shaped catching member 32 arranged on the upper end side. Moreover, a middle member 33 is arranged between the base member 31 and the catching member 32, thereby a narrow part is created in the supporting mechanism 30. The composite vibrator 14 of the vibration actuator 10 is caught and fixed by the tip point 32a of the catching member 32. When the vibration actuator 10 vibrates, a section between the base member 31 of the supporting member 30 and the catching member 32 becomes a node position of vibration, and the vibration is insulated at this point, so the base member 31 scarcely vibrates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
