Anti-tumor conjugates, which consists of folic acid or analogues thereof, linkers, an antibodies such as immunoglobulin G. The linker comprises glutathione, cysteamine or cysteine residue, and further comprises N-hydroxysuccinimide. The Conjugates target folate-receptor-positive tumor cells. Also provided are preparation methods and anti-tumor and anti-autoimmune disease uses of the conjugates. |
