The unit (10) has two printing elements (11, 12) whose transfer cylinders (13, 14) form a pressure gap (17) during print-on position. Multiple drive gears (21, 25) provide a drive connection between the printing elements during print-on position of the transfer cylinders. Multiple auxiliary gear wheels (30, 31) provide the drive connection between the printing elements during print-off position of the transfer cylinders. Teeth of the auxiliary gear wheels are higher than teeth of the drive gears. |
