The capacitor includes at least: a capacitor body (20); two lead wires (24A, 24B) provided on one end surface (22A); a projecting portion (26) provided at a substantially central portion of another end surface; and at least two relief valves (28A, 28B) provided on the another end surface (22B). On the another end surface (22B), the at least two relief valves (28A, 28B) are arranged in substantially rotational symmetry with respect to the projecting portion (26). Further, an axial center line of the projecting portion (26) and an axial center line of the capacitor (10A) substantially correspond to each other. Also provided are a capacitor case to be used for the capacitor and a substrate provided with a circuit using the capacitor.
