PURPOSE: A gasket having a coating part is provided to form the coating part at only a portion requiring sealing, thereby minimizing the deformation of the coating part, and maximally maintaining the sealing property of a gasket bead. CONSTITUTION: A gasket has a coating part. The coating part forms a coating layer along the bent part of a bead at the gasket which comprises at least one of an upper plate (10) and a lower plate. The upper plate comprises a bore-side horizontal surface (11), a full bead (12), a bead-side horizontal surface (13), a half bead (14), and an outer horizontal surface (15). The bore-side horizontal surface is downwardly and horizontally formed from a bore part. The full bead is formed from the bore-side horizontal surface, and is formed into a bilaterally symmetric protrusion. The bead-side horizontal surface is formed from the other end of the full bead, and has a height identical to the height of the bore-side horizontal surface. The half bead is formed from the bead-side horizontal surface to a height identical to the height of the full bead, and is upwardly inclined. The outer horizontal surface is upwardly and horizontally formed from the upper end of the half bead. |
