<p>PURPOSE: A polarizing plate has high moisture and heat resistance, has excellent durability in a high temperature environment, and is used for a liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition for a polarizing plate includes 100.0 parts by weight of a polyvinylalcohol-based resin, 3-50 parts by weight of a curing agent, and 2-100 parts by weight of polysilicate. The polysilicate is formed by mixing an alkyl silicate, water, and alcohol. The curing agent includes one or more of the metal salts of dialdehydes and glyoxylic acids. The polymerization degree of the polyvinylalcohol-based resin is 1000-2500. The polarizing plate has a protection film and a polarizer by using the adhesive composition.
