PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-insulating paint composition which is excellent in wear resistance, an adhesion property to a conductor and the other insulated painted film, and heat resistance and containing a polyamideimide resin while maintaining characteristics such as the flexibility and electrical insulating characteristics of the obtained film, and an insulating wire wherein an electrically-insulating paint composition is applied and burned. SOLUTION: The electrically-insulating paint composition is obtained by mixing a triazine ring and a hydroxy-phenyl group containing compound with the electrically insulated paint containing the polyamideimide resin, and an insulating wire is obtained by applying and burning the electrically-insulating paint composition on the conductor.
