PURPOSE: A fryer is provided to restrict the discharge of combustion gas generated from a burner by installing blocking plates between a connection pipe and a flue, thereby maximizing a heat preservation effect. CONSTITUTION: A fryer comprises a container (100), a burner insertion pipe (200), one or heat recovery pipes (300), and one or more blocking plates. The burner insertion pipe is installed inside the container. The burner is inserted in the burner insertion pipe to combust fuel inside the burner insertion pipe so that oil can be heated. The heat recovery pipes are installed inside the container and are connected to the burner insertion pipes through a connection pipe (220). One side of the heat recovery pipes is connected to a flue connected to the outside of the container. The blocking plates are arranged inside the heat recovery pipes and are positioned between the connection pipe and the flue to restrict the discharge of combustion gas generated from the burner. |
