PURPOSE: A fine needle rotation device for endoscope is capable of easily extracting a tissue from a human body by allowing a fine needle to be moved straightly or rotatably moved. CONSTITUTION: A fine needle rotation device for endoscope (100) comprises an operating unit (110), a working cable (120) and a fine needle unit (130). The operating unit (110) measures the operations of removing and extracting a tissue from a human body and then outputs the corresponding signal. The working cable (120) transmits an operation signal of the operating unit. The fine needle (130) comprises a control unit (132), a moving opening (134) and first and second motors (M1, M2). The fine needle is moved straightly or rotatably by the signal transmitted via the working cable to remove and extract a tissue from a human body.
