PURPOSE: A liquid silicone injection nozzle is provided to easily make a curing agent and materials injected through an implantation unit into mixed solution by using a mixing screw which is formed inside a mixing pipe. CONSTITUTION: A liquid silicone injection nozzle (500) comprises an implantation unit (310), a mixing pipe, a screw cylinder, a protective cover (340), and a nozzle unit (400). The implantation unit forms first and second inlets (311, 312) in which a curing agent and materials are supplied. The implantation unit forms a mixed path in which the first and second inlets are mutually connected. The mixing pipe is connected to the mixed path of the implantation unit through a connecting unit (321). The mixing pipe forms a fluid passage in which a mixing screw is installed inside. The screw cylinder is inserted into the external diameter of the mixing pipe. The protective cover comprises a case (343), a supply hole (345), and a discharge unit (347). The nozzle unit is installed in the mixing pipe while being connected to the screw cylinder and supplies mixed solution in which the curing agent and the materials are mixed. |
