A fuel cell unit (12) configuring a fuel cell (10) is provided with a first separator (14), a first electrolyte film / electrode body (16a), a second separator (18), a second electrolyte film / electrode body (16b), and a third separator (20). Resin guide members (90a, 90b and 90c) are provided on the outer periphery of the first separator (14), the second separator (18), and the third separator (20). The resin guide members (90a, 90b, and 90c) have outer peripheral ends (100a, 100b and 100c) which protrude outwards, and in the aforementioned resin guide members (90a, and 90c) are formed concave reliefs (102a, 102b) which are spaced inwards from the aforementioned outer peripheral ends (100a, 100c). |
