The unit (2) has an outer sided building layer comprising a structure that is heated by a heating device in an area wise. The structure is provided for area-wise warming and drying of an outer sided surface (13) of the outer sided building layer for preventing the surface to be turned green. A reinforcement texture comprises carbon fiber, metal, metal alloy and/or synthetic fiber with electrical conductive particles i.e. graphite. Electrical supply lines comprise copper and are provided as a part of the reinforcement texture. An independent claim is also included for a method for area-wise heating and drying of an outer sided surface of an outer building layer.
