<p>Combined mixed gas plant for producing hydrogen- and/or methane-containing gas, comprises (a) a carbonization device (2), preferably a gasification reactor for producing carbonization gases, (b) a gas purification device (4) for purifying the carbonization gases, which is designed for removing tar components from the carbonization gases, (c) a fermentation device (10) for converting purified carbonization gases into enriched hydrogen- and/or methane-containing gas, and (d) a return pipe (28) for returning the tar components from the gas purification device into the carbonization device. Combined mixed gas plant for producing hydrogen- and/or methane-containing gas, comprises (a) a carbonization device (2), preferably a gasification reactor for producing carbonization gases, (b) a gas purification device (4) for purifying the carbonization gases, which is arranged downstream to the carbonization device, and is designed for removing tar components from the carbonization gases, (c) a fermentation device (10) for converting purified carbonization gases into enriched hydrogen- and/or methane-containing gas, which is arranged downstream to the gas purification device, and (d) a return pipe (28) extending between the gas purification device and the carbonization device, for returning the tar components from the gas purification device into the carbonization device. An independent claim is also included for producing the hydrogen- and/or methane-containing gas in the above combined mixed gas plant, comprising (i) thermally treating a carbon-containing material in the carbonization device for producing the carbonization gases, (ii) introducing the carbonization gases into the gas purification device, (iii) purifying the carbonization gases in the gas purification device, which removes the tar components from the carbonization gas stream, (iv) supplying the purified carbonization gases into the fermentation device for converting the purified carbonization gases into the enriched hydrogen- and/or methane-containing gas, and (v) recycling the tar components removed from the carbonization gases, into the carbonization device.</p> |
