<p>Disclosed herein is a magnetron. The magnetron comprises an anode cylinder (9), upper and lower magnets (12,16) provided to upper and lower portions of the anode cylinder (9), and upper and lower magnetic poles (2,3) connected to the magnets (12,16), respectively. Each of the magnets (12,16) has an inner diameter of 19 ~ 21 mm, a thickness of 11.5 ~ 12.5 mm, and an outer diameter of 50 ~ 54 mm.</p> |
