PURPOSE: A drainage facility of the shoulder of a road is provided to cause a driver to easily distinguish a road and the shoulder of a road in the rainy night, thereby preventing the collision accident with a vehicle parked on the shoulder of a road. CONSTITUTION: A drainage facility of the shoulder of a road includes a water collecting container (10), a drainpipe (30), a warning lamp (90), a turbine (82), a generator, a venture pipe (32), a bypass pipe (52), and a blocking portion (70). A waterfall curve portion (36) is provided in the drainpipe so that rainwater guided outward of a road falls. The warning lamp is installed between a road and the shoulder of a road. The turbine converts the potential energy of rainwater into the rotation motion with the rainwater, which falls while passing through the waterfall curve portion, contacting with the turbine. The generator is connected to the rotating shaft of the turbine, and converts the rotating motion into the electric energy, thereby supplying power to the warning lamp. |
