<p>PURPOSE: A device for processing grooves to assemble sliding door frames is provided to improve work efficiency and productivity by automatically processing the grooves of the frames. CONSTITUTION: A device for processing grooves to assemble sliding door frames comprises a die (10), a carriage (20), a rail (30), a jig (40), and a frame support protrusion (22). The die is equipped with a cutter (12) driven by a motor (11) to process an assembling groove (2) of a frame (1). The carriage is installed to be moved forwards and backwards on the top of the die. The carriage is equipped with a cutter path (21), a door frame support protrusion, and a cutter groove (22a). The rail is fixed to one side of the upper cutter path of the carriage to be in line with the door frame support protrusion. The jig is assembled to be moved on the rail and is equipped with a fixing bolt (41) for setting the position and a door frame support piece (42). The frame support protrusion is arranged on the upper part of the carriage in a longitudinal direction.</p> |
