PURPOSE: A method providing a web page, a terminal, a server and a recording medium thereof are provided to provide a web page in which the web page request is available, by changing the purpose or reason of the web page request or by changing the uniform resource locator (URL) information which is inputted by the environment in request of the web page. CONSTITUTION: A URL changing unit (210) changes the inputted URL information into the changed URL information. A web page request unit (220) transmits the web page request information including the changed URL information to a server. A web page receiver (230) receives the web page corresponding to the web page request information from the server. The URL changing unit combines the individual server address information for distinguishing the server as an individual server, the developer account information for distinguishing the developer, and the directory information for distinguishing the directory. The URL changing unit generates the changed URL information, and changes the URL information into the changed URL information.
