PURPOSE: An audio data decoding method and a device thereof are provided to stably play audio signals even when an error or a damage is generated in the audio signal. CONSTITUTION: A receiving part (600) receives an audio signal. A storing part (620) stores the information field of the frame [frame] of a normal state. A control part (610) confirms the error of the frame. The control part copies the information field of the frame of a normal state to the frame having the error. An adjusting part (640) adjusts the output of an audio according to the frequency of the error.
