PURPOSE: An insulating core for injection-molding a large area and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain adhesive properties even if the injection molding is repetitively performed by completely removing bubbles between a pattern layer, an insulating layer, and a core main body. CONSTITUTION: An insulating core (10) for injection-molding a large area comprises a pattern layer (11), an insulating film layer (13), and a core main body (14). Micropatterns are formed on the pattern layer. The heat resistant insulating film layer is positioned at the lower part of the pattern layer. A heat resistant adhesive layer (12) is interposed between the pattern layer and the insulating film layer. The heat resistant adhesive layer is interposed between the insulating film layer and the core main body. The core main body is positioned at the lower part of the insulating film layer. The core main body includes a glass fiber plate with permeability. The pattern layer, the insulating film layer, and the core main body are attached to each other. |
