PURPOSE: A laminated metal sheet type carrier plate in which funnel-type chip holes are formed and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use an etching method to reduce process time. CONSTITUTION: An array of multiple chip holes is formed on a metal sheet. Multiple metal sheets are laminated from top to bottom. A chip hole(120) is formed with an identical layout. An alignment hole(130) aligns the chip holes from top to bottom. A spring support part(140) corresponds to the spring position of a guide pin device.
