PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack for preventing locking from being unnecessarily released by improving durability of a latch part, and for exhibiting superior power supply performance over a long period of time. SOLUTION: A lock mechanism is constituted by combining an exterior case 2, the latch part 5, and a sliding arm 10 or the like. An opening part 20 is installed at a slide stand 22 of the exterior case 2, and one regulating part 201 is installed at the peripheral edge thereof. The latch part 5 having a safety lock part 52 with a semicircular protrusion 54 formed on the side face is inserted into the opening part 20 so that the protrusion 54 abuts on the regulating part 201. The safety lock part 52 is slidably locked to a locking side part 105 in the opening part 104 of the slide arm 10. At the slide stand 22, a slit 21 is opened, and when the semicircular protrusion 54 abuts on the regulating part 201, an elastic part 202 is installed in which the regulating part 201 is retracted on a slit 21 side.
