The lamp (10) has a light emitting surface portion (42) that is provided with a LED (11). A collimator lens (12) is equipped with spreading light entrance surface (20) and light exit surface (23). The viewing angle of the collimator lens is inclined in 40-120[deg] . The peripheral edge portions (38a,38b) are formed around the light suction surface (24) of the lens.
