Polymer powder with adapted melt behaviour

Polymer powder exhibiting a single melting point determined by differential scanning calorimetry, comprises polyamide of AABB type. Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing the polymer powder, comprising (a) polycondensing diamine and dicarboxylic acid to obtain the polyamide of the type AABB, and (b) precipitating the polyamide; (2) layerwise production of a three-dimensional object, comprising using the above polymer powder; and (3) a three-dimensional object or molding produced by the above method.
