<p>The invention relates to a method for producing a longitudinally extended spar box (1) for a rotor blade of a wind turbine. Two longitudinally extended beam bodies and two longitudinally extended connecting bodies (11, 12) are joined together to form the spar box (1), said beam bodies (2, 3) having a central part (4, 5), which is substantially flat in particular, and beam flanges (6, 7) protruding from both sides of the central part (4, 5) with connecting surfaces (8, 9). The connecting bodies (11, 12) have connecting surfaces (13, 14) which are laterally arranged and which are adapted for joining with the connecting surfaces (8, 9) of the beam flanges (6, 7). The invention further relates to a device (20) for producing a longitudinally extended spar box (1) for a rotor blade of a wind turbine, wherein said spar box is joined together or can be joined together from two longitudinally extended beam bodies (2, 3) and two longitudinally extended connecting bodies (11, 12). The invention finally relates to a longitudinally extended spar box (1), to a rotor blade for a wind turbine with a longitudinally extended spar box (1), and to a wind turbine. The method according to the invention is characterized in that the connecting surfaces (13, 14) of the connecting bodies (11, 12) are pressed against the connecting surfaces (8, 9) of the beam flanges (6, 7) from within the spar box (1) when joined together.</p> |
