The ventilation duct has a shaft cavity (8) that closely surrounds walls (9) and a cover panel (1a) with holes (2) for passage of air. A reinforcing strip (3b) are provided with holes (4) corresponding to holes of cover panel to form air nozzles, such that the reinforcing strip is adhered with entire cover panel facing surface by an adhesive layer (5b). The reinforcing strip is made of flat plastic. The adhesive is polychloroprene adhesive. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing cover panel.
